MATTRESS RETURN POLICY
We know you’ll love your easimmons mattress. We made the EA-Simmons Original mattress with you in mind and taking your valuable feedback into constant consideration. That’s why we’re sure you’ll get on swimmingly with our mattress.
However, everyone is different – that’s why we recommend taking full advantage of our risk-free 100-night trial. Try your mattress for at least 100 nights. This allows your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress and for the mattress to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better. That’s the beauty of buying a mattress online. A rushed 10 minutes in a mattress shop won’t be able to give you a very good feel of whether the mattress is the right fit for you.
Testing out the EA-Simmons Original mattress from the comfort of your home will. If you decide it’s not quite right, we’ll coordinate a pick up from your home to render a quick fix and work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Rest assured.
**All mattresses must be clean and undamaged. Damaged mattresses include, but are not limited to the following conditions: no rips or tears on the cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or ripped foam or burned mattress cover. After 100-days, rest assured you’re covered by a 10 year warranty on the mattress.
Does my EA-Simmons product come with a warranty?Our mattresses all come with a 10-year full replacement limited warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your new mattress, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will replace or repair it.
This includes all parts of the mattress determined to have a defect, and there’s no deductible.This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the original mattress purchased from EA-Simmons and is non-transferable. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.”
How do I make a return?To initiate a return all you have to do is email our customer service team at email@example.com and We’ll take care of the rest.Once your return is validated our team will help facilitate the process.
In order to qualify for a return, you must be within the 100-day trial for a mattress, and the mattress must be without any defects or damages and we’ll reimburse part of your purchase price at our own discretion, less any uplift charges if you ask us to come and collect.For questions about products purchased at any retail location please contact that store location directly.
