We know you’ll love your easimmons mattress. We made the EA-Simmons mattress with you in mind and taking your valuable feedback into constant consideration that’s why we’re sure you’ll get on swimmingly with our mattress.

We recommend to wait 24-48 hours for the mattress to fully expand before sleeping on it. Your new mattress may not feel exceptional the first night. As the expansion process continues, it will only get better. Once 48 hours have passed, you should have a new bed with what you will call the best mattress you’ve ever owned. The constant sleep on your mattress allows your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new mattress and for the mattress to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better.

Does my EA-Simmons product come with a warranty? Our mattresses all come with a 10-year warranty. For 10 years after you purchase your mattress, when it has a defect covered under the warranty, we will repair it.

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from the original purchase date of the original mattress purchased from EA-Simmons and it’s non-transferable. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.”

How do I make a return? To initiate a return all you have to do is email our customer service team at and we’ll take care of the rest. You can initiate a return within 15 days from the date of purchase on the basis that at the point of delivery you notice the mattress was not properly wrapped, had a tear, or damaged, supported with picture evidence. No return will be accepted outside the listed conditions, and no return will be processed after the 15 day return expiry. Once your return is validated our team will help facilitate the process.

Do you have a refund policy? All our Mattresses and products has been crafted with an obsessive attention to detail and has been thoughfully designed and carefully considered for your absolute comfort, rest assured. However, we do not refund therefore we don’t have a refund policy. Mattresses and products payed, bought, and sold in good conditions are not refundable.
